Close to the sea, far from the chaos
Mareluna Beach House is a small corner where you can relax walking under the pine trees and looking at the sea that is just a stone's throw away. In summer you can enjoy the sun, the beaches and the proximity to the Pescara nightlife, in winter instead you can take advantage of the strategic position to visit the interior of the Region and discover the wonders of Abruzzo. In fact we are well connected with villages that are still little known and that maintain their identity and beauty unchanged.

A large kitchen equipped with the latest generation accessories where you can spend moments of conviviality, in a large and comfortable space. At guests' disposal a comfortable sofa bed 140x190cm, a smart TV with access to streaming channels, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

The bedroom is large and has space for a cot, available on request. With direct access to the balcony, the room is equipped with a mosquito net and air conditioning, smart TV and independent heating for the cold seasons.
Inside, guests can also enjoy a comfortable walk-in closet.

Balcony
The room, the bathroom and the large living room/kitchen overlook a comfortable balcony equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella, to enjoy a splendid breakfast, a good book or simply the sea air and the scent of the maritime pines.
